Initiate Your Request
Log into your Ravin account, navigate to your recent orders, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are in their original, unworn condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
